Returns
If something isn't right, tell us.
Within 30 days
Bring it back within 30 days with your receipt and we'll refund or exchange it. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
Return postage is the customer's, unless the mistake was ours.
What we can't take back
Custom-made items, kits we've put together to your order, and anything cut to a length you asked for can't be resold, so they can't be returned.
If it arrives damaged
Take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of it arriving. We'll sort it out. Don't throw the packaging away until we've spoken.
